Q: Can I participate in DigitDraws.com Online Lottery from overseas?
A: To register and participate in our Weekly Draw, you must be aged 16 and above, DigitDraws.com allows participations from residents from any country, but you are subject to the laws of the country you live in.

Q: How do I buy my entries for the draw?
A: Click on any of the “Enter Lottery” links in this site, and you will be taken to a page where you can choose which payment processor you would like to use for buying the draw entries. After choosing your payment processor and paying for your entries, you’ll be taken to a page where you will have to submit your details and also the numbers that you choose for your entry. You will then receive a confirmation email within 24 hours to verify that your purchase was successful. Each entry allows you to pick up to five sets of numbers for the Weekly Draw.

Q: How will I know if I've won a prize?
A: All winners will receive an email to the email address that they provide during the signup process. All winners, except for the Grand Prize winner will receive their prize money directly to their payment processor account. The Grand Prize winner will be contacted by email as well as by phone and/or registered mail. The Grand Prize winner will receive their prize money by cheque, for security reasons. NEVER will DigitDraws.com ask for any upfront payment from winners to claim their prizes.

Q: Have I received scam email?
A: Always be on your guard and beware of internet scammers. DigitDraws.com will NEVER ask for your personal details such as name, address and bank account numbers in our email correspondences. DigitDraws.com also DOES NOT disclose any prize amounts in our emails and will NEVER ask for any upfront fees for winners to claim their prizes. Q: How long does it take to receive my winnings into my payment processor account?
A: After the results of a draw have been publicized, allow up to three working days for your winnings to be credited into your payment processor account.

Q: I have purchased an entry for DigitDraws.com’s Weekly Draw, can I cancel it?
A: Once an entry has been purchased, we are unable to cancel the transaction. Submitted entries also cannot be amended.
